Program Description
Pretrial Intervention: Level 2 is a deferred prosecution program offered by the State Attorney’s Office and supervised by the Department of Corrections. Successful completion of Pretrial Intervention: Level 2 will result in the dismissal of your case by the State Attorney’s Office.
