Sexual Predator Found Guilty on Four Counts of Sexual Battery
OSCEOLA COUNTY, FL (July 9, 2026) — State Attorney Monique Worrell announced today that an Osceola County jury has found Eddy Noelsaint, 54, guilty on four counts of Sexual Battery for repeatedly raping a woman who had placed her trust in him.
The conviction follows a trial in which prosecutors presented evidence that the victim was sexually battered after seeking spiritual guidance from the defendant.
“This verdict represents justice for a survivor who showed tremendous courage in coming forward and trusting the criminal justice system,” said State Attorney Monique Worrell. “This conviction ensures that a sexual predator has been held accountable for his crimes.”
The State Attorney’s Office thanked the victim for her strength throughout the investigation and prosecution, as well as law enforcement and assistant state attorneys whose work led to the conviction.
“Sexual predators often exploit positions of trust and authority to target vulnerable victims,” Worrell said. “Our office is committed to aggressively prosecuting these offenders and standing with survivors every step of the way.”
Noelsaint is scheduled to be sentenced on September 11, 2026.
