The Ninth Circuit State Attorney has several office locations to accommodate our citizens. When visiting us please remember that some items are prohibited from entering the courthouse and surrounding offices, including: firearms, aerosol cans, any kind of knife, tools, handcuffs/handcuff keys, tape measures, scissors, clay/putty material, razors, glass perfume bottles more than 4 ounces, box cutters, chains, pepper spray, and oversize belt buckles.
Hours of operation: Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please call to confirm our office hours before the holiday periods below.
We are closed on the following holidays: January 1 – New Year’s Day; January 19 – Martin Luther King Jr. Day; April 3 – Good Friday; May 25 – Memorial Day; July 3 – Independence Day; September 7 – Labor Day; September 14 – Rosh Hashanah; September 23 – Yom Kippur; November 11 – Veterans Day; November 26 and 27 – Thanksgiving Day and Friday after Thanksgiving; December 25 – Christmas Day.
